How we start

Every engagement starts inside the work.

Map, Build, Run. Each phase has its own scope, fee and agreed term.

Who it’s for

Founders, CEOs and COOs of creative businesses, with a real reason to change.

Creative companies run on taste, relationships and an instinct for what’s next. If too much of your people’s time goes on everything else, that is reason enough.

The three phases

Map, Build, Run. Each one stands on its own.

One route, in three phases. At the end of each, you decide whether to take the next.

  1. Phase 01

    Map

    Find where the hours go.

    What happens

We sit inside the workflow and trace where the hours go, where margin leaks and which decisions wait on whom.

    What you get
    • A map of how work moves today.
    • A ranked plan of what to build first, and why.
    • A fixed quote for Build.
    How long

Sized to the work, typically two weeks.

  2. Phase 02

    Build

    Build what the map says.

    What happens

We build the bespoke system. The people who map the work are the people who build it, so nothing gets lost in a handover.

    What you get
    • A working system inside your environment, on your accounts.
    • Decision rights in writing: what it may do alone, and what it brings to your people.
    • Each release checked against a written definition of good.
    How long

Scoped in the Map plan, typically two to three weeks.

  3. Phase 03

    Run

    Stay, tune, extend.

    What happens

We stay to run it, tune it and extend it to the next use case. Your data stays yours, and every system stays accountable to your people.

    What you get
    • Monitoring, alerts and incident handling, agreed in writing.
    • Tuning as the work changes.
    • The next use case, scoped when you’re ready.
    How long

An agreed term, set out in the proposal.

Nothing off the shelf.

Everything is co-developed with the people who run the business, so the technology amplifies what makes it distinctive instead of flattening it.

Working together

What we need from you.

  1. A named owner on your side.

One person who can make decisions and say who approves what the system may do.

  2. Access to the people and tools involved.

We map the work where it happens: with the people who do it, in the tools they already use.

  3. About two hours a week of your team’s time.

Agreed up front, in the written proposal.

Data and control

Your data stays yours.

We deploy inside your environment, on your accounts, with your people. You own your data and processes.

Every system stays accountable to your people. For anything external, published or financial, the Atlas default is propose-only: a named person approves.

The providers involved are named before any data enters a system.

Questions

Before you ask.

Anything else, write to hello@atlasstudios.ai.

Do we have to commit to Build?

No. Map is scoped and priced on its own, and the plan is yours to keep.

Why is there no price on this page?

Because every engagement is sized to the work. After a first conversation, you get a written proposal with the scope, fee and term.

What happens to our data?

We deploy inside your environment, on your accounts, with your people. You own your data and processes, and the providers involved are named before any data enters a system.

Who does the work?

The people who map the work are the people who build it, so nothing gets lost in a handover.

What happens when a term ends?

You decide what comes next. Each phase has its own scope, fee and agreed term, and your data and processes stay yours throughout.
