Website terms of use.
These terms apply when you visit or use atlasstudios.ai. Please read them before using the site.
They govern the public website only. They do not govern Map, Build, Run or any other client engagement. Client work begins only under separately agreed written terms, such as a proposal, Statement of Work, Master Services Agreement or Data Processing Addendum.
The site is intended for people acting in a business or professional capacity. Any mandatory rights that apply to you remain unaffected.
1. About Atlas Studios
This website is operated under the Atlas Studios name. In these terms, “Atlas”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the current operator of the website under that name.
Contact: hello@atlasstudios.ai.
2. Using the site
These terms describe the conditions on which we make the site available. Do not use the site in a way prohibited below.
You may view the site and share links to its public pages for your own lawful use or internal business purposes. You must not:
- use the site unlawfully, fraudulently or in a way that infringes another person’s rights;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its infrastructure, forms or connected systems;
- introduce malicious code, overload the service, defeat a security control or interfere with another visitor’s use;
- scrape or extract material at scale, except for ordinary search-engine indexing or where the law does not allow us to restrict it;
- misrepresent your identity or your relationship with Atlas; or
- reproduce, sell or exploit substantial parts of the site without written permission.
3. Information, not advice or an offer
The site explains Atlas’s perspective, method and services in general terms. Its content is for information only. It is not legal, financial, tax, employment, regulatory, investment or other professional advice, and it is not a promise of a particular result.
No service description, invitation to talk, proposal summary or other commercial content on the site is an offer capable of acceptance. Sending an enquiry, booking a conversation or receiving a reply does not create a client relationship, service contract, fiduciary duty or duty to take on work. An engagement exists only when the relevant parties agree it in writing.
AI systems and operating conditions change. We may update site content. Do not rely on a page as a substitute for advice or a current, engagement-specific assessment.
4. Enquiries and confidential information
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you send is accurate, lawful to share and does not infringe another person’s rights.
The website contact form is for a short, non-sensitive introduction. Do not send credentials, special-category personal data, confidential client materials, source-system exports or information you are not authorised to disclose. Show us the workflow on screen instead.
Unless we have already agreed confidentiality with you in writing, do not assume that unsolicited material will be treated as confidential. Personal information is still handled as described in our Privacy Notice. If a conversation progresses, confidentiality and data-handling terms will be agreed separately where needed.
5. Intellectual property
The site and its contents — including the Atlas Studios name and branding, copy, visual system, diagrams, methods, code, images and other materials — are protected by intellectual-property law. Unless stated otherwise, all rights are reserved or the material is used with the permission of its owner.
You may make a reasonable copy for your own internal evaluation of Atlas. No other right or licence is granted. You may not remove ownership notices, imply Atlas endorses you, or use Atlas branding without written permission.
You may link to a public page in a fair and lawful way that does not imply an association or endorsement. Do not frame the site or link from unlawful or misleading material. We may ask you to remove a link that breaches these terms.
6. Third-party services and links
The site may link to or rely on services operated by others. Their own terms and privacy notices apply to them. A link does not mean Atlas endorses the third party, and we are not responsible for third-party content or availability.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the site useful and accurate, but it is provided free of charge and on an “as available” basis. We do not promise that every page will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or free from error. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.
We take reasonable care with published material, but we do not guarantee that all content is complete, current or suitable for a particular purpose. Please contact us if you find an error.
8. Responsibility for loss
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where the law does not permit that, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Any mandatory rights remain unaffected.
For business users, and only to the extent permitted and reasonable under the law that applies, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on general website content, inability to use the site, or use of a third-party site linked from it. We are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business, anticipated savings or goodwill, or for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site.
Any liability connected with a client engagement is governed by the written terms for that engagement, not this page.
9. Privacy and AI safety
Our Privacy Notice explains how we use personal information collected through the site.
Our AI Safety page explains the operating principles Atlas applies when it designs supervised AI-assisted workflows. It is a statement of approach, not a certification, legal opinion or guarantee that a particular system or client is compliant with any law.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the site or applicable law changes. The date at the top shows when the current version took effect. Changes apply from publication and do not change a signed client agreement.
